Join us online for our monthly support meeting for adults with ADHD!

We will meet on Zoom and this time we will discuss “When and how we should approach professionals”.

Our meetings are a safe space for adults with ADHD to discuss common issues and problems we face, share solutions, and encourage each other.

It’s a great way to meet other adults with ADHD, but you can leave your camera off if you prefer.
