ADHD Coaching Courses 2023
Coaching adults with ADHD is being applied internationally as a valuable tool for many professionals in their work, helping increase awareness of adult ADHD and its effect on personal and professional lives.
ADHD Malta works towards inclusion and organises these training courses, which are beneficial to both local professionals and the ADHD community.
The coaching skills learnt can be applied in current employment: better communication, identifying unique challenges and strengths, exploring options, and putting strategies or models to use. These will make participants more effective and supportive in their work with clients, students or patients, and enable them to learn how to work together more productively.
These courses are MFHEA accredited and delivered by ADHD Master Coach Marie Enbäck from Sweden, with the next course delivery taking place in November 2023.
Level 1 – ADHD Adult Coaching Approach (MQF 5, ECTS 5) cost: €950 / duration 3-6 months
Level 2 – ADHD Adult Group Coaching (MQF 5, ECTS 10) cost €1050 /duration 6-12 months
Both courses, being delivered in English, start with two weeks of compulsory lectures and workshops at STC Higher Education, Pembroke, from Monday - Friday, after which by self-study and supervised peer & group training sessions as well as assignments, the course is completed.

Important: these dates are provisional, and will only be confirmed if there are at least 6 - 10 participants per course.
Level 1 (Peer Coaching): 6th November - 17th November 2023
- Option 1: Morning Classes 9am-12pm
- Option 2: Afternoon Classes 3pm-6pm
Level 2 (Group Coaching): Date to be announced
